How we use it

To send your assessment results and the resources you request, to schedule and prepare for calls, to send occasional emails about the work (you can unsubscribe at any time), to deliver courses you purchase, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Assessment answers

Your assessment answers are stored in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. When you request your results, your scores are saved with your contact record so Heather can send relevant follow-up. Your answers are never sold or shared for others' marketing.

Who we share it with

Trusted service providers who help run the site and business, including GoHighLevel (forms, email, booking, courses and payments), Google and Meta (analytics). Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
