About Heather

I came home to myself. Now I help women do the same.

This is not about fixing you. There is nothing to fix. The work I do is about helping women notice the patterns shaping their lives, honor what those patterns made possible, and decide whether they're ready to set them down.

Her Story

Going down into the well isn't failing. It's remembering.

Meaningful personal photo

Most women don't lose themselves all at once. It happens slowly, in small adjustments that made sense at the time. You learned to read the room, to keep the peace, to be what the moment required.

None of that came from weakness. It came from intelligence. You learned rules that helped you navigate a world where belonging had conditions.

“I call this returning to Your Sacred Heart. It's the Sovereign part of yourself that was always there underneath the adapting.”

It's the part of you that knows what's true for you, independent of what's been expected of you. We move slowly and kindly here, with no shame and no deadline.

Today Heather is a coach, consultant and TEDx speaker (TEDxSummerstrand 2026), and the author of Journey to Your Sacred Heart, coming in 2027.

The Sovereign Heart Compass™

The ancient guide within that always points you home.

✦ North

She sees clearly.

Clarity of vision. She sees her life, her patterns and her truth without distortion.

✦ East

She grants herself mercy.

Compassion for the woman who survived, and gentleness for the one who is returning.

✦ South

She inhabits her body fully.

She comes home to her body and starts living in it.

✦ West

She chooses with authority.

Her voice returns with warmth and authority, and her choices follow.

✦ Center

She is her own home.

She trusts her intuition, keeps the promises she makes to herself, and no longer looks outside herself to know who she is.

Common Questions

On sovereignty, the sacred, and this work

Take the free assessment →

What does it mean to be a sovereign woman?

In Heather Gill's work, a sovereign woman no longer negotiates her worth, seeks identity in self-sacrifice, or silences her intuition to keep the peace. She is her own rescue, her own permission, her own guide and her own home.

What is the difference between sovereign and sacred?

Sovereign is reclaiming your own authority: your voice, your choices and your boundaries. Sacred is honoring your body, intuition and emotions as holy ground rather than problems to manage. Together they describe a life lived from your center.

What is Heather Gill's approach to coaching?

Heather's coaching follows The Sovereign & Sacred Path™: Remember, Witness, Discern and Integrate. It is gentle, paced and without shame. Coaching is not therapy; see the full scope statement in the FAQ on the home page.

Does Heather Gill work with organizations?

Yes. Heather offers leadership advisory, workshops and retreats, and culture and strategy consulting for founders, leadership teams and communities who want values-led cultures.

The center you left is still yours. You can go back, and rise from there.
